All events will take place at Rancho Bernardo Inn, 17550 Bernardo Oaks Drive, San Diego, CA 92128.

How do I book a hotel room?

How do I get an International Visa letter of invitation?
Once you are registered and paid in full, send an email requesting an International Visa letter of invitation to training@nielsen.com. Please include your full name, date of birth, passport number, passport date of issue and passport date of expiration. A letter of invitation will be sent via email within five business days. Please note that if your Visa request is denied by your country, you will receive a full refund for your registration fees.

Are there any airline or rental car discounts available?

Airlines Discounts

American Airlines:
Book your flights to Training Leadership Summit in San Diego, California directly online at www.aa.com to take advantage of a 5% discount off published, non-refundable fares on American Airlines, American Eagle and American Connection.

It's simple-after you have selected your flights, under the "Enter Passenger Details" tab go to the "AA.com Discount Code" field and enter in A6658AE. This discount is valid for travel through May 9, 2008. Please note that fares in "Q" and "O" inventories are not eligible for a discount. Click on www.aa.com to book your flights.

Northwest Airlines:
Visit www.nwa.com to take advantage of discounted airfares on Northwest Airlines. Here's how:

1.Under the Deals and News column and the Flights tab, click on "NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption" which is located at the bottom.

2. On the Flight Search screen, click Login. Enter your WorldPerks number or Continue to login as Guest.

3. Complete the Flight Search section and navigate to the bottom where you will see "Do you have an E-Cert Fare, electronic voucher or meeting agreement?" Select type (i.e. "WorldFile number") and then enter the WorldFile number NMCBQ in the Meeting WorldFile Number box and complete your transaction.

How do I register for the show?
There are three ways to register:

1 - Online at www.TrainingSummit.com.

2 - Download a registration form and fax it to 508-759-4552.

3 - Download a registration form and mail it to Training Leadership Summit 2008,
c/o Convention Data Services, 107 Waterhouse Road, Bourne, MA 02532.

How do I make a change to my registration?
You can make changes to your contact information or print a confirmation/receipt online here. If you would like to change or upgrade your registration, please contact Registration Customer Service at 508.743.8505 or email trainingconference@cdsreg.com.

What are the fees to attend the conference?

What are the registration hours?

Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Yes, transfers can be done at any time. Before the show, transfers must be done in writing to trainingconference@cdsreg.com or to Training Leadership Summit 2008, c/o Convention Data Services, 107 Waterhouse Road, Bourne, MA 02532. They can also be done at the registration counter onsite at Rancho Bernardo Inn Resort and Spa during registration hours.

How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing trainingconference@cds.com or to Training Leadership Summit 2008, c/o Convention Data Services, 107 Waterhouse Road, Bourne, MA 02532. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. All cancellations received on or before April 2, 2008 will be refunded. No cancellations will be refunded after April 2, 2008. All refunds will be processed approximately two weeks after the show.

How do we get a group discount?
Group discounts are available to companies registering more than one person. In order to get a group discount, all registrations must be processed at the same time. Groups can either register online and the discount will automatically be deducted, or groups can mail/fax their registration forms and payment in together. Click here for pricing information.

Do you offer government or higher education discounts?
Discounts are available for government and higher education attendees. Please send an email to training@nielsen.com from your government or education email account, or send a fax on company letterhead to 703.488.2800 attn: Registration, for more information.

I am having problems registering on the Web site. Is there someone I can speak to?
Please contact Registration Customer Service Department at 508.743.8505 or email trainingconference@cdsreg.com.

How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
If you registered online, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email. If you registered via fax or mail (and did not provide an email address), a confirmation letter will be sent to you within five business days. If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact the Registration Customer Service Department at 508.743.8505 or email trainingconference@cdsreg.com.

When will I receive my badge?
Badges will be not be mailed in advance for this show. Please go to the registration counter at the Rancho Bernardo Inn Resort and Spa during registration hours to pick up your badge.

How do get an invoice?
Send an email to training@nielsen.com to request an invoice. Please include your company name and address, name of attendee(s), what they would like to attend, and any VIP/discount codes you have. Invoices will be emailed or mailed within five business days. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference. Please allow adequate time to get your invoice processed.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Please send your purchase orders to training@nielsen.com or fax 703.488.2800 (attention: Registration). Once we receive your purchase order, we will send you an invoice within five business days. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the conference. How do I get a W-9 form?

How can I be deleted from your mailing, fax or email list?
If you would like to be removed from the mailing, fax or email list, please send your request via fax to 703.488.2800 Attn: Registration, or email training@nielsen.com. Please include "Remove from Mailing List" in the subject line.

I want to bring a guest, is there a guest registration?
All attendees must be registered for the conference, there is no guest registration.

Do I need to get a ticket to attend the sessions?
All of the conference sessions are included in your Training Summit registration. You do not need to sign up for individual sessions ahead of time, nor will you need tickets to get in to the sessions.

What is the dress for the show?
The conference is business casual.

Who should attend the show?
If you are charged with directing strategies and cost-effective responses to the learning challenges facing your organization, this is your event. Training magazine's Training Leadership Summit is an exclusive event for senior, in-house learning professionals.



MEDIA ANSWERS

Who may receive complimentary press credentials?
Press are evaluated on a case by case basis. Generally, the following people are eligible for press credentials:

Reporters and editors with industry publications;
Business publications;
Newspaper and wire services;
TV and radio broadcasters;
Freelance writers, reporters and authors currently under contract with industry press; and
Industry analysts.

How do I register?
* To be registered as a member of the press, you must provide proper editorial credentials indicating employment by established news outlet.
A copy of your business card must accompany your registration form.

* Freelance writers, reporters and bloggers must include two samples of industry-related bylined articles, blogs or reports published within the last six months.

* Sales/marketing representatives are not considered members of the working press and must sign up at the attendee registration area.

* Authors and/or book publishers in the process of researching future books on the training industry are not eligible for press credentials.

* Prior Training show press passes and passes from other trades shows will not be accepted as proof of editorial credentials.

Please submit your completed registration form and credentials to Shereen Abuzobaa, Shereen.abuzobaa@nielsen.com or fax 703.488.2800. After your email is received, you will be contacted regarding your registration. All press will be sent a confirmation email confirming their registration after their credentials have been reviewed. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

How will I know my registration has been approved?

Badges will not be mailed in advance. You can pick up your press badge at the Rancho Bernardo Inn Resort and Spa during registration hours.

When will the press room be open?
There is no press room for Training Leadership Summit 2008. Press can utilize the computers in the Cyber Cafe.
